Greetings from Daisy. I've been waiting for my forever home for a while, and it's time to update my bio. To recap, I was wandering the streets in Chicago when a kind man temporarily took me in before bringing me to CARE. One of the first things the volunteers and staff discovered about me is how smart I am, and that I enjoy training and learning new things. Because I'm also eager-to-please and highly treat-motivated, my foster mom thinks I'd make a terrific agility dog, if that's something that interests you. If not, I'll be happy just being your well-behaved sidekick!
A few other facts about me. I love playing with other pooches, so if you have a resident canine who's up for fun and games, we'll become buddies in no time. But I'm also happy to entertain myself, if I'm your one and only. Stuffies, hard Nylabones, and balls are my favorites, although I admit I sometimes need a little guidance as to what is and isn't a toy. I can never get enough cuddling, and when playtime is over, I'll contentedly chill out and snooze next to you-preferably on your lap. I'm happy to report
I'm fully potty trained and only briefly protest when crated (I hate to be away from people). Finally, like most terriers, I can be a bit stubborn at times. But I consider that part of my impish charm and hope you agree.
