Once matched with an approved adopter, she’s ready to transport out of state to her forever home.<br/><br/>Daisy enjoys playing fetch, zooming around the yard, and playful interactions with other dogs. She’s been around dogs of all sizes from a tiny Chihuahua to a large German Shepherd and does well taking cues when other dogs are done playing. Her energy sits between moderate and high. A fenced yard would be a big plus for her, though she also does well with regular walks and playtime. She likes to walk at a brisk pace with an occasional stop and sniff, but if you stop, she will sit and politely wait until you are ready to walk again. <br/><br/>Daisy has lived with children ages 3–8 and has been wonderful with them. She’s friendly, gentle, and affectionate. When meeting new people, Daisy is happy and social. She’s also great in the car. <br/><br/>Daisy is smart, food motivated, and eager to please. She came from the shelter already knowing basic commands like sit and lay down, and she walks beautifully on a leash. She’s done well with potty training in her foster home and is also crate trained. She has no food or toy aggression and takes treats very gently. Because she’s still in a puppy chewing phase, she’s crated when left alone and will benefit from continued guidance on which toys are hers. <br/><br/>Daisy would love an active home where she gets plenty of attention, play, and love. She could be happy as an only dog with engaged humans, but she’d especially enjoy having a playful medium-to-large dog sibling. Most of all, she wants to be part of the family. If you’re looking for a smart, affectionate, playful companion who’s eager to learn and ready to bond, Daisy might just be your girl.<br/>***Listed BREED and AGE - We are taking our best guess & recommendations from our veterinarian on age, breed and size when fully grown.
