Dahlia's Story

Dahlia is back...

This beautiful, intelligent, highly driven shepherd is available for adoption again. She is young and needs someone who is willing to be consistent in training her and take the time to allow her to get used to new routines and decompress. She is highly stressed this time around and is becoming upsettingly anxious in her kennel. Dahlia is the kind of dog that needs a JOB. She is not going to be a lap dog or couch dog or laid back. She would do best in a home with only adults, older children, or dog savvy children. She is extremely driven and highly toy motivated. Dahlia is eager to please and happiest around people.

*CONTACT SHELTER DIRECTLY BY PHONE FOR MORE INFORMATION AND STATUS UPDATES*

If you rent and wish to adopt ANY animal from us, you must bring the lease agreement/ proof that you are allowed to have the pet, and an addendum if necessary.

Shelter Hours Below:
Tuesday through Friday- 10:00AM to 4:30PM
Saturday- 10:00AM to 3:30PM (Appt Only Please)
Sunday- Closed
Monday- Closed

12471 Taylor Complex Lane, Ashland, VA 23005

(804) 365-6485
