Croft Great Dane & Hound Mix Palatine, IL

Meet Croft, a beautiful brindled boy with legs for days. This sweetheart is a one-year-old Great Dane/Hound mix, and he has the legs to prove it. At 60 pounds, he’s a little on the lighter side and could definitely use a few good cheeseburgers.
 
Croft is completely housebroken, going to the door to let you know when he needs to go out. He’s also very well behaved in the house and on his own, which is a very good thing as he considers his crate to be public enemy number one. He is working on his relationship with his nemesis though and is making progress. Croft naps on the rug or couch during the day and spends his twilight hours in his own bed in his foster parents’ room, which makes him very happy.
 
You know what else makes him happy? Walks. Like crazy helicopter tail happy. And other dogs. He is super friendly to other dogs and loves to wrestle and share his toys with them. With the right amount of activity, Croft is the perfect blend of goofy/playful and lazy/chill.
