Crocket and Boone's Story
Crocket and Boone were surrendered at a shelter in CA. They were shy, anxious and avoidant of people and they did not know how to walk on a leash. Boone (The one with a darker face) was adopted when the boys were still in the shelter, but he was returned only a couple of days later. The adopter claimed that he was too anxious without his brother.<br/>Crocket was brought to our attention by a kind and generous person who had recently lost his own dog and he wanted to fund the rescue of an at risk dog. Crocket was scheduled to be euthanized that day so after making last minute arrangements to get Crocket out of the shelter, we learned about Boone. These 2 were really made to be together and they are the cutest adventure buddies. You can tell that a lot of things are 'a first' for them as they get confused by a lot of things, but these guys have the best attitude, they get along well with other dogs and they have the coolest ombre patterns/spots on their body. We are really hoping to keep these boys together and when if you meet them you will understand why. If you want to meet Crocket and Boone please reach out and we can schedule a meet and greet.
