Cricket IN FOSTER CARE

Cricket is a playful dog whose favorite toy is a squeaky ball!! Cricket joyfully entertains himself with his toys! He doesn't like to be groomed nor the brush. He can get cranky(nippy) when being picked up. NO KIDS. He also should not be touched/startled while sleeping. Cricket is a senior male Shih Tzu with a charming mix of friendliness and independence. <br/>He knows some basic obedience (sit, stay, come, drop it), likes going for walks and car rides. He is fine around other dogs and doesn't pay much attention to them. He is currently in foster with a senior Doberman who is relatively calm and he does fine with her. He gets a little nervous when she's not calm and will get feisty towards her. We don't know how he is with cats. Cricket is house broken, will happily share your snacks with you, enjoys sunbathing on the porch, and snores when he sleeps! Cricket's ideal home is an adult home only, someone who understands his grooming needs and who will give him time and patience to adjust. Please reach out to Dessin if interested.
