Cowboy's Story

Cowboy is a sweet three year old Catahoula Leopard Dog mixed with Doberman. He is fully potty trained and has never had an accident since staying here at Julia's Jungle. He is a very friendly dog that has never shown any sign of aggression before. He absolutely adores children (his previous family had kids), and does well around other dogs. He has not interacted much with cats, but has looked at them curiously through their kennels.

He knows many tricks, such as: sit, lay, kennel up, down, and has good recall. Cowboy's favorite thing to do is play with large rope toys that he will toss in the air for himself. This handsome boy loves going for car rides, hiking, and is always down for a game of fetch.

The adoption fee is $100 for any adoption dog or cat. No appointment is needed to visit and see if he would be a good fit! All of our pets are UTD on vaccines, microchipped, and spayed or neutered prior to going home. We are located at 12619 E Sprague Ave Suite 1 Spokane Valley, WA 99216. You can call us with questions at 509.922.6197.

Julias Jungle's Adoption Policy
Dr. Leese created Julia's Jungle to help animals in jeopardy of euthanasia at the local shelters. Also, to help ensure that as many adoptable animals as possible are placed into permanent loving homes. Julia's Jungle has a strict no-kill policy, this means we will keep the animal until it is adopted. Our adoption fee of just $100 helps to defray the cost of their care and vetting so we can continue saving more animals! All of our adoption animals are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on their vaccinations, and are micro-chipped before they go to their new home. Also, dogs/puppies will be dewormed and cats/kittens will be tested for feline leukemia. Please feel free to stop in and visit our animals anytime!
