They are devastated to have to let him go.<br/><br/>DoB: April 28th, 2023<br/><br/>Location: New Market, Ontario<br/><br/>Yes, he is neutered. <br/><br/>He's looking to be a part of your family so he can join in on the hikes, daily walks and any other activity in which he can join.<br/><br/>Required: Single detached home that has a large yard with a minimum of 5-foot fencing. No plastic grass please. Pyrs love to dig in the dirt to stay cool in the summer. He may even do well on a hobby farm with some coaching.<br/><br/>He is good with people and children over 12 due to his size. He is good with other dogs, but if they get too excited he barks at them to slow things down. <br/><br/>He’ll chase cats, but this too can be worked on. He won’t harm them. Dog-savvy cats work well. <br/><br/>He walks well on leash and will come when called. He has no food protection behaviour, is not destructive in the house and does not have separation anxiety.<br/><br/>He gets excited when friends come into the house, but settles down.<br/><br/>He is a very loving and playful dog. He is a chewer so loves his bones.<br/><br/>As a Pyr, he barks more than most breeds and will bark at the sound of a butterfly two miles away, but that’s what Pyrs do at anything they deem a predator.
