COSTELLO (Neutered!) Hound Crossville, TN

COSTELLO was an 8-month old Hound mix male dog as of his intake date. That was months ago. So, this fawn and white fellow is past the puppy stage and is a young adult. COSTELLO is sweet and energetic and will be easy to love. He arrived with another dog that is likely his brother and they are housed together. So, at least he has a buddy to hang out with while he waits to be adopted. Thanks to a partnership between UT and Cumberland County Animal Shelter, COSTELLO was neutered on Monday, March 11. As a result, he can go home the same day that he is adopted! Serious adopters are encouraged to call the shelter to schedule an adoption appointment. Staff can explain the adoption procedures and fees when you call. The shelter does require EXACT change in the form of cash or a check. The shelter is UNABLE to accept credit or debit. So, please go prepared! That includes taking your own dog collar and leash with you to the adoption appointment in case you do decide to adopt him. Even better, take a dog crate with you to that appointment. No animal should be allowed to run freely in any vehicle. Especially an animal that you have just adopted! Safety first!
