Cortez's Story
Don't let Cortez's size fool you; this compact guy has a huge heart and a personality to match! He still has a lot to learn, but is super food motivated so training will be a blast! Cortez would do best in a home where his people are around most of the time to focus on potty training, structure and most importantly: play tug-of-war with him! He has never met children and can be a bit rambunctious, but we think given his friendly nature he could live with dog savvy children 12+. Cortez does not seem to mind dog friends at the shelter, but he would thrive best in a home where he can be the only dog and have play dates outside of the home in neutral territory. He should not live with cats or small animals.
