Meet Cora
Cora! Sweet Cora is a Chihuahua, around 11 lbs (she is on a diet and should be closer to 8 lb), and around 9 yrs. old. She is a low energy dog and can be very shy until she is gets to know you. Cora will come to you on her own terms and once she knows you she loves belly rubs!
Please read about Cora (below) and if you feel you are a good match for her and want to meet her, complete an application found on our website. .www.mywayhomedogrescue.org
What’s Cora like? This is what her foster home found:
- Cora is a shy girl who takes a bit to warm up and trust a person
- does well on leash but can be easily startled
- is calm in the car for car rides
- is housebroken
- she is crate trained and sleeps in her crate at night
(she loves her crate)
- Cora had bad teeth and they have all been removed, she needs soft food and treats.
Cora’s ideal home?
- Quiet home
- Adult only (she would love a single person to be hers)
- She has done fine with other dogs but we want to find a home for just her
- Someone looking for a dog who follows them everywhere and can hang out most of the time.
- has a patient person who can build trust with this little one.
Cora is up to date on her vaccines, spayed, heartworm tested, flea treatment, dewormed and is microchipped. She has had a dental. Her adoption fee is $250 (our senior adoption fee).
