Meet Cooper! He is the sweetest little Pomeranian mix. He is potty trained, super intelligent,and gets along well with any other dogs, and he is great with all people big and small. He is 18 pounds of pure love and light. (He hasn't been tested with cats, but I am all but certain he would be great with them, as well). All he wants is to be cuddled up in your lap.
