Meet Cooper
Cooper is a lovely young dog who needs an owner willing to continue working with him on his quirks. While he can be challenging, he is trainable and motivated to learn. He is great with female dogs but would prefer not to live in a home with other males. He has some behavioral issues and has been in the custody of the rescue for 3 years so he cannot go to a home with young children. He would also do best in a home with experienced dog owners willing to spend time training him.
