Cooper is looking for a lap to snuggle in and a yard to run around in!<br/><br/>What my FOTAS Foster Family Says About Me:<br/> I take time to warm up, but when I do, I become a snuggly lap dog!<br/> I am still a puppy- I love to play, enjoy training sessions, and like slow socialization<br/> I bond with my humans, and am looking for someone to love<br/> I like other dogs, and need time to warm up- I do not like cats<br/> Once I come out of my shell, I am bouncy and playful<br/> I am potty & crate trained and know my basic cues!
