Cooper is one of those amazing pups that has been waiting for his forever home since he was only 8 weeks old. “Everyone wants a puppy!” Is the common thought, but if that is true, why is Cooper now a year old and still not in his forever home? <br/><br/>Cooper is good with kids, other dogs and he find cats interesting. He has been to training classes, likes learning new things, doing new things and requires regular exercise (not just a back yard to hang out in). <br/><br/>Being a bully breed, Cooper does have allergy issues and is on a daily medication. His foster is awaiting test results to learn what all he is allergic to.
