His mother, Nova, is a gentle Great Dane/Lab mix who was taken in as a stray, so Comet’s father is unknown.<br/><br/>Comet is a sweet, quiet boy who stands out for his calm and cuddly nature. He always seems to find the warmest, coziest spots to snuggle up and nap, living up to his nickname perfectly. He also has a small black mark above his eye—his very own “comet”—that makes him extra special. We’re excited to watch his personality continue to blossom.<br/><br/>Comet is now looking for a loving home and is ready to meet potential adopters—you’re welcome to come spend time and bond with him. We have tons of photos and videos available, so please inquire for more information or to meet Comet or one of his littermates. K9 Coop's Adoption Policy
K9 Coop strives to match each dog with the best possible forever home. All prospective adopters must complete an adoption application and participate in a screening process, which may include reference checks, a home environment assessment, and an interview to ensure the dog’s needs align with the adopter’s lifestyle. Adopters are required to agree to our spay/neuter policy and, if applicable, sign a binding spay/neuter agreement before placement. All adopted dogs must be provided with appropriate veterinary care, including vaccinations, parasite prevention, and ongoing medical attention as needed. We maintain a supportive relationship with adopters after placement, offering guidance and assistance to ensure the dog’s successful transition into their new home.
