He was found under the rubble of a highway construction site in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, where his mama had given birth to eight tiny puppies. Two kind Good Samaritans discovered the family, and it became a race against time to get them to safety. With the help of several dedicated rescuers, we were able to retrieve all of the puppies and their mama, providing immediate care, treatment, and quarantine for the entire litter.<br/>Thankfully, everyone has remained healthy and thriving. Mama has done an amazing job raising her babies, and Colin has grown into the largest puppy in the litter!<br/> Colin is a big, lovable teddy bear with a calm and easygoing personality. While his siblings may be busy exploring, Colin is often content to relax and observe the world around him. He is incredibly laid-back, affectionate, and adaptable.<br/>As he prepares for adoption in the USA, Colin is spending time learning important skills and working on his training.
