Coconut was rescued from the streets of Mexico after being hit by a car and suffering a severe injury to her front leg. Even while dragging her injured leg, she continued caring for her five tiny puppies. Her babies were rescued first, while Coconut waited for someone to step up for her. We knew this sweet mama deserved a chance, too.<br/><br/>Today, Coconut is safe and settling into the comfort of a loving foster home.
