Coco's Story

Our sweet Coco is now officially heartworm negative and ready to find her furever home! Yay Coco!!

Coco is the absolute sweetest girl and is down for any little adventure. She loves coming along to get study treats and lives for her pup cups. With the nice weather, she has enjoyed lounging in the sun, rolling around in the grass, getting sniffs in at City Park and going on short walks around campus. She was great at making new friends at her temporary foster's house and loves a good couch nap. She will truly make the best addition for anyone who wants a sweet companion.

A few other facts about Coco are, despite being a hound, her foster says she's maybe heard her bark three times in the whole time I have had her. She's been great living with her foster's cat and with any dog she interacts with. She is also fantastic at going into and being in her kennel when left alone and at night, but we think she would truly love to sleep snuggled up to her furever person in a bed instead. She is pretty good at understanding where you want her to go and what you want her to do.

She will truly make the best addition for anyone who wants a sweet companion!

If you are interested in adopting this dog, please fill out our application here: http://www.rchsks.org/our-animals/adopt-a-pet/adopting-a-dog.
