Coco is looking for her home from her lovely foster home in Nanaimo, BC. Coco's fosters are so proud of her progress and her loving and playful personality is starting to shine through now that she's had some time to feel safe. Coco is a 2 year old pug x chihuahua who weighs 19 lbs. <br/><br/>Coco's life started in the home of a rescuer on the outskirts of Puerto Vallarta, when her pregnant mum, wandering the streets was taken in. She grew up on the property with her siblings, other dogs and cats. But she didn't see much of the world beyond that, so she's a timid girl. <br/><br/>Coco is looking for a quiet home that understands that she will want to go slow to feel safe. She would like a home with another dog, as she finds it helpful to watch and understand what is safe. And when she's ready she is a playful little girl that likes to snuggle up with her dog friends. Coco also lived with cats and would be just fine in a home with cats. Coco would like her own yard, and she is house trained.
