Coco's Story

We don't know Coco's past. Often that is the case in rescue. A dog found, discarded and you make a decision to take her in as rescue not really knowing circumstances. But when it comes to Coco we do know this....that girl HAD to be loved at some point in her life. Did she get lost? Did her owner pass and the family just let her go? Did her owner move and not take her? She's a model dog. So easy going, so sweet, behaves in a household, is house broken, loves humans and is happy to look for their direction, good on a leash, good in the crate, happy to play and happy to lounge on the couch. Since our rescue partner in South Carolina agreed to take Coco in as a foster we have learned this dog totally deserved to be rescued and brought in from the cold. She has met lots of strangers and not had one single issue. Was happy to accept their kindness and belly rubs. It's times like this we wish we could know just what happened to put Coco out- homeless on the streets. But never mind. She's a gem and we are getting her ready for a home and family!<br/><br/>Coco will go to her adopter fully vetted. Spayed and current on vaccines. You can learn all about her in the flier uploaded to her photos on here....BUT BEST OF ALL you can see photos, videos and follow her journey on her Facebook Page at:<br/>https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61583932344892.<br/>"A rescue's journey- Meet Coco".

[Mount Holly, NJ]

Our Mission
Our rescue focus is on adult dogs from the southeast that are in high kill shelters.  Our plan is to fully vet as needed, evaluate and train as needed in preparation for adoption.  We place our rescues in a foster home setting to prepare our dogs for a home of their own and to determine the best match for that rescue.
