Clyde

Clyde is the perfect mid-size boy, weighing 58 lbs. He's quiet, gentle and loving; a little shy at first, but warms up quickly. He likes to play with his toys, walks well on a leash and loves to romp with other dogs for short periods of time, even the little ones. He is not sure how he feels about cats yet, so we’d prefer to place him in a home without cats. Clyde is nervous around young children so an ideal home would be one without children, or a home with older children who have been taught to respect dogs and their space.<br/><br/>Clyde was diagnosed with hypothyroidism (which is common in dogs) and Addison's disease (which is not so common). He will need to stay on his three (3) medications for the rest of his life and will require periodic checkups and bloodwork to make sure he is at his healthy best. There's no reason he shouldn't live a long and happy life. This sweet boy would be perfect for someone who wants a quiet, loving companion.
