Clover's Story
We’re looking for a foster (or better yet) a foster to adopt for sweet Clover! Her foster is going out of town on the 28th, so we need a safe spot for her to land. She has moved quite a few times (no fault of her own), so we’d love if her next stop is her last stop!

If you’re not familiar with Clover’s story, then buckle up! Clover was rescued from a field where she was found running with her brother and sister as puppies. They were all 3 very malnourished and covered in bugs, bites, and scratches. We took them in, got them vetted, and they were eventually all adopted!

Well, fast forward to September 2026. We get a call that she’s at the ER in Melbourne not able to walk or urinate. Come to find out this was due to a heat stroke :(

We immediately started trying to contact her adopter because SURELY he’s missing his girl and looking for her... Nope. Actually quite the opposite. We think sweet Clover was dumped purposely. We were blocked by her adopter on social media and our phone numbers had been blocked as well.. guilty conscience? Is this because she was no longer a cute little puppy? Was it because she was having medical issues? We will never know. The one thing we do know is that Clover didn’t deserve this. She deserved to be loved and safe for her entire life by the people who adopted her. Her “family.”

Clover is currently on some meds for a UTI and is on her weight loss journey since she needs to shed a few pounds. If you can give her the love, patience, and snuggles she needs, please text 954-789-7850 to apply.

She is still leaking pee in her sleep so she is wearing diapers.

St. Pete, FL
3 years old
Female
Great Pyrenees & Golden Retriever mix
Currently 100+ lbs
Spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, and hw negative

-good with other dogs
-potty trained
- crate trained
- unsure of cats/kids but she’s very chill
