He gets along well with other dogs, and respects them when they tell him off. He met several kittens at the vet (including a VERY small 2 week old kitten), and was not interested in them at all, beyond a "what's THAT" sniff. He loves belly rubs, and attention of any kind. He is housebroken. He walks nicely on leash. He is very interested in food but does not guard food at all. Whenever he sees someone his tail wags and wags-he's always excited to meet new people. He likes to play, but also likes to nap on his dog bed. He does have some arthritis that seems to bother him a little, but nothing major. We will start him on a joint supplement and see if that helps. We are still learning about Clifford, so stay tuned!</p><br/><p><br /><strong>Sex:</strong> Male <br /><strong>Breed:</strong> Beagle/Basset Hound mix <br /><strong>Age:</strong> 7 years old (approx. DOB: 06/01/2005) <br /><strong>Level of blindness:</strong> Can see just fine. <br /><strong>Cause of eye issues:</strong>He has cherry eye, a condition in which the third eyelid pokes out of the inside corner of the eye.
