Meet Clifford! Clifford is approximately 1 yr 8 mos. old and is said to be a Flat Coated Retriever (mix?) <br/><br/>Clifford was surrendered when his owner was no longer able to care for him. It was through no fault of his own, but everyone involved knew it was best for him to find someone better suited for his needs. <br/><br/>Clifford is used to living with other dogs, cats and children. He's very friendly and social, but also has an independent side that allows him to remain calm if he's not interacting with you. He is an excellent walking buddy, enjoys fetch & being outside, and his housebroken. He's an all-around easy going guy, but he's young enough to have just the right amount of energy if you want him to be your adventure companion as well! <br/><br/>We're still learning about Clifford as we get to know him a bit more every day, but for now we can tell you that he's going to make a great pet for almost any family who is loving and involved! <br/><br/>We are doing all meet n' greets BY APPOINTMENT ONLY after an adoption application has been generally approved:<br/>https://monroecountydogshelter.com/apply-adopt.html<br/><br/>Clifford will be fully vetted prior to adoption.
