Cleo is about 1-2 years old and sweet as pie. Once abandoned (tied up outside) after eviction in the city of Rochester, Cleo found her way to PCRT. Through it all, Cleo showed tremendous courage in giving humans a second chance. Because of that, she’s still adapting to what family life is all about, but boy is she loving it! The great news? She's had no accidents inside, is food motivated, and eager to please.
