Location: Dayton, OH<br/><br/>Food: Hydrolyzed Protein<br/><br/>Medication: NexGard Plus<br/><br/>Clarissa: <br/>Clarissa is a gorgeous dark chocolate 3 yr old frenchie bulldog.. Clarissa is slow to love.. but absolutely amazing and worth the wait.. <br/>This somewhat shy little girl didn't have a great start.. she came to us from a mill and one of the most out is sorts 1 yr old dog i have ever encountered.. it took me 2 months to get her to walk on leash.. even longer to get her to trust people.. <br/>fast forward to adoption.. she was adopted out for almost 2 yrs, her mom who promised both Clarrisa and I it was furever, no matter what.. returned her becuase she got married and her 'new husband" didn't want to work through Clarissa's barking randomly at him.. so she came right back to me, her orginal<br/>Foster momma.. she came back barking and untrusting even of me, i know ridiculous and so sad for Clarissa right? <br/>We don't do sympathy or living in the past here, she came in, back to her foster pack and we started moving forward immediately..<br/>Badass's don't let the past define us, it is just that left in the past... Clarissa has since<br/>Been attending events, making friends, barking at strangers and moving forward.. she is a sweet girl who needs someone to continue to keep her moving forward.. <br/>at home she is fun and loving and fast as any dog i have ever seen.. she likes her toys and bones, and she likes to boss her fur siblings around.. Clarissa is that little pretty girl that is still somewhat unsure, until isn't.. once you have her heart she will give it to you in full.. she is a truly amazing pup, with a past that doesn't mean anything about her future..<br/>She just needs that patient, yet persistent hooman to love her furever, even if there are some set backs.. a person to<br/>Choose Clarissa furever this time..and prove to<br/>Her that i will<br/>Love you furever truly means just that.. furever!! She will give you a lifetime<br/>Of laughs and shenanigan's, and true love, once you prove to her you are worthy.. <br/><br/><br/>***Adoption Process***<br/>-All current pets in the home need to be spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccines and on veterinarian prescribed flea/tick/heart worm prevention.<br/>-Everyone living in the home, including all resident dogs, must be present at the meet and greet located in the Southwest Ohio area.<br/>-We DO NOT ship dogs!!!

Badass Bulldog Rescue, Inc.'s Adoption Policy
All potential adopters must complete an application for each pup they are interested in. (The link is located at the bottom of the bio on PetFinder.) Adopters are required to complete the application in full. Failure to be thorough will result in denial. Adopters are required to have ALL pets up-to-date on vaccinations, spayed/neutered, and on heartworm/flea preventative. We conduct vet checks, phone screens, meet and greets, and a home visit for the final step. All steps are completed in this order.
