Clarice

Clarice is an 8 week old female beagle mix puppy. She was found dumped in a ditch at 6 weeks of age. We do not know Clarice's exact breed, as she came to us from an overcrowded, rural shelter. Because of this, her breed and size is only an estimation; based on her current look/weight it is expected that Clarice will be around medium size when fully grown as she has medium size paws. In her foster home, Clarice is working on housebreaking and crate training, but that will need to continue with her new, forever home as she is just a baby. Clarice loves her foster siblings (canine, feline and human alike) and she is a great pup who is deserving of her forever family! Being a puppy, we are sure that she will do well with children, but they must be dog educated by their parents to ensure an ideal relationship as each ages. Clarice is certainly a very young puppy who is not yet fully housebroken, crate trained or trained at all in general at this time. New adopters need to be aware that they will need to work with Clarice in proper puppy training for future success - we will be available to help give guidance and answer any questions or concerns as needed.
