He was found in a field by the Tipton County Animal Shelter and has since shown just how incredible he is.<br/>He completed a 6-week basic training course through a prison training program, where he learned good manners and built strong people skills. Charlie is house-trained, great with kids, and friendly with all humans he meets.<br/>This energetic guy is very active, loves to play, and is known for his adorable howling—he’s not shy about telling you how he feels!
