And to be fair, she'd probably be perfectly happy with that arrangement.<br/>Then someone opens a gate.<br/>Suddenly, this bountiful Beagle is trotting across the yard with surprising enthusiasm, ears bouncing, tail wagging, making everyone wonder how all 42 pounds of her got from Point A to Point B so quickly.<br/>She's three years old, undeniably plush, and every bit as sweet as she looks.<br/>Grasshopper and Izzy, her two Beagle housemates, have already found families. Now Chonk is the last one waiting, and honestly, we can't figure out why.<br/>Maybe people see the extra pounds before they see the extra love.<br/>We're not worried.<br/>Some dogs find homes.<br/>Dogs like Chonk find their people -- the ones who understand that a little extra padding just means there's more Beagle to love.
