CHONA's Story

Chona is a loving sweetheart who enjoys to being with her people. Her favorite things in the world are pets, cuddling, and TOYS! She loves to play with toys and even more if someone is playing with her. Chona is very ball driven, tennis balls in particular. She has a PhD in Squeakerectomies. She challenges you to finding her a toy that she can't get the squeaker out of. If you win, she owes you some face kisses. If you're looking for a companion to shower you with affection and kisses, Chona could be the dog for you, as long as you're up for giving her just as much attention! She also knows how to sit, lay down, and shake on command! Chona is an only dog required. She is also recommended not to go home with cats. Chona is a Diamond Dog and will be shown by appointments or walk ins as time permits. Diamond Dogs are dogs that are currently getting extra work and training from staff and volunteers through our behavior program.
