Chloe's Story
DOB 02/01/2025
Female Great Pyrenees / Shepherd Mix
Chloe found herself at the shelter when she became too much for her family to handle. She started resource guarding the adult and became reactive towards the teen in the home. No training has been done to correct these behaviors. She is still a young girl at not quite a year old but is large, so these behaviors can be daunting. She will benefit from training to help with these behaviors and become the good girl she can be. Chloe is mentioned to have lived with cats but not dogs in her prior home. She is looking for a new home that will work with her and can handle her large size. She will need a safe and secure yard or property and maybe a job to do?

Chloe recently lived in a foster home situation with another dog and while they tried to work with her resource guarding issues, it became too much for them with two large dogs. She has had a handful of training sessions with a local trainer to work on the resource guarding issues. The staff thinks she would benefit from having a job to do and some land to run on.
