Meet Chip! <br/><br/>Chip is a precious one-year-old Yorkie who weighs just 5 pounds, but this tiny boy has a huge heart! He absolutely loves his people and is happiest when hes getting affection, attention, and cuddles. While Chip is good with other dogs, what he really wants is to be close to his humans.<br/><br/>Chip recently came out of the shelter and is settling into his foster home, where he is working hard on his house training. Because he is so tiny and still learning, he would do best with someone who is home much of the day, such as someone who works from home and no toddlers.
