Chip Terrier & Miniature Schnauzer Mix Portland, OR

Chip is a 6 month old, special little guy who has some medical issues that are controlled with diet. This precious boy went through some medical issues early on and most have resolved now. He does appear to have small kidneys . He drinks a lot of water and pees a lot. He also has gastrointestinal problems that are controlled with EN prescription diet.

Chip is a playful, energetic puppy. He loves to play with other dogs but can become possessive of toys quickly. He needs a confident dog friend.
Chip likes to sleep in his puppy pen and will put himself to bed when he feels the need to have his own space.
He is funny and animated. Loves to chew ice and gets so excited to hear the ice machine in the refrigerator door. He is also a lover of peanut butter.
We are working on clicker training to get him to come when called and that is going great.
Chip is house trained but if you miss his cues he will look for a potty pad.
He is afraid of car rides.

Chip is vaccinated, neutered and microchipped. He has had extensive vetting.
This boy is very sensitive and sweet. A couple of meets will be required before he goes home with you.

Chip is being fostered in Hermiston.
