Chinook's Story

Chinook is a four-year-old husky that was taken into a shelter by animal control after being found tied outside on a chain for long periods of time. He had been used to breed and left outside when he wasn't needed anymore.

Chinook is on the thin side and needs to gain about 10 more pounds. He is a very friendly boy and loves people and other dogs. He would do best in an active home with husky experience. He is currently learning the crate and how to live inside a home.
