Meet Chico
Are you missing some excitement in your life? Look no further! Chico is the guy for you!
Paw Squad walked into the shelter the day he was to loose his life. After 12 years of loyalty, his owner passed away, and he ended up shut down in a shelter. While everyone looked at him with fear, our fearless team grabbed Chico, and out we walked together.
Chico wakes up and chooses violence every day. His foster mom walks on eggshells in her home because well, if she does something against Chico's standards, his 5 pound pure muscle body goes after her. Although Chico won't actually bite, he will strike the fear of dogs into you by pretending he will. (So no kids!)
Just imagine watching the toast pop up in the toaster. Makes you jump doesn't it? So does Chico!
Walking around a corner? No worries! He's on the other side. Sitting on the couch and your leg falls asleep, don't move or BOOM! Want to know if he is in his crate? No problem, just ask him. He will growl if he is there. Just trying to live life? Not an issue! He will remind you what being startled is like 24-7. (He is not recommend for people with heart problems.)
The good news is that Chico really enjoys the company of a older man. So his foster mom is willing to send Chico's foster dad will him to a good home so she can live in peace again.
Chico is such a loving guy to his one and only. However after much trauma he needs an understanding home. After being in foster care for over a year, we would really love to see him get adopted by a understanding family. Chico is 12 years old and some sort of chihuahua tasmanian devil mix. He is in perfect health as he plans to live a very long time. He is crate trained but working on potty training. He will ware a wrap. He's fun, playful, and only loves his person.
