Chestnut's Story

Chestnut is a teeny tiny 3-month-old baby who is currently accepting applications for her emotional support extrovert. 😂

This little nugget can be a bit shy with new people at first, but watching her confidence grow has been the cutest thing ever. Every day she gets a little braver, especially when she has dog friends around to show her the ropes. She LOVES other dogs and has been the sweetest foster sister to my two pups. She plays so nicely, respects corrections like a polite little lady, and has recently discovered the magic of puppy zoomies. Once the zoomies start, there is no stopping the tiny chaos goblin. 🫣😂

Chestnut is crate trained, doing amazing with potty training, and mostly just needs a patient home that lets her blossom at her own pace. She’s very small, very sweet, and trying her absolute hardest to figure out this whole “being a puppy” thing.

Once she trusts you, you’ll see the happy, goofy, loving little girl she’s becoming… and honestly? It’s impossible not to root for her. 🤎

Our policies are simple. Any current pets in the home must be up to date on vaccines, preventatives as well as fixed (unless a veterinary professional can tell us why your pet medically cannot be fixed). You must show proof of ID, and if you rent we need to see proof of the pet policy. We require a 2 week trial adoption before making the adoption official to ensure it is a good fit all around!
