We knew we had to keep them out of the shelter system and offer them a safe place to land.<br/><br/>These boys are ready to find a family that will love them through their golden years! Chester likes to keep an eye on you from a comfortable distance, occasionally coming over for a gentle pet and is the lazier one of the pair. Gunner, a bit more energetic, loves to play with toys and run for a bit before settling down for his own naps. He’s a snuggler, enjoying couch time. Both boys are treat-motivated and are doing well with a consistent bathroom schedule. These boys are easy-going at home, but do enjoy a leisurely daily stroll and time outside. <br/><br/>Taking in owner-surrendered pets like Chester and Gunner – especially seniors and those with medical needs – is part of our mission. In many cases, these pets would end up in overwhelmed shelters.
