MEET CHERRY!!!<br/><br/>Cherry is a 13-year-old Chiweenie with a heartwarming story. After losing both of her beloved elderly owners just months apart, she found herself in need of a new beginning. Thankfully, a caring neighbor reached out for help, and Cherry made her way to Underdog Rescue, where she is now safe and loved.<br/><br/>Cherry is a sweet, well-mannered girl who loves being close to her people. She happily follows her humans from room to room, walks beautifully on a leash, and gets excited the moment she hears the word "walk." She gets along well with other dogs, has excellent manners at mealtime, and is a quiet companion who only barks when someone comes to the door.<br/><br/>Cherry does have some medical needs. She is overweight, has significant dental disease, and has congestive heart failure that is managed with medication.
