Meet our adorable red-nosed hippo, shorty-bull Checkers! At about 4 years old, neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, Checkers is SO ready to find his forever home. He would like nothing more than to hang out with you. He can quietly sit in a car observing life outside, taking short walks, loving a calm place to chill out. His little squiggle of a tail can sure wiggle when he sees you.<br/><br/>Checkers seems to appreciate a quieter life, so an adult home or home with older kids would be best. He is curious about the other dogs in the kennel, but hasn't officially been tested yet.
