Chata's Story
CHATA: The Calm Soul Who Deserves a Second Chance

Adoption Alert! Meet Chata — a gentle, quiet street dog with eyes full of peace and a heart that only asks for a soft bed and a little love. She’s the kind of dog that can spend the entire day napping in the sun or curled up in her bed without asking for much. Her calm presence makes any space feel safe and warm.

HER RESCUE STORY (From the Streets to a Chance at Life)
Chata was found living on the streets in terrible condition, exhausted and pregnant. As part of our *Spay and Release* program, her pregnancy was humanely interrupted for her safety — she was simply too weak to continue. She’s now recovering from her spay surgery and resting, but her future remains uncertain.

Chata is suspected to have *Ehrlichia*, a tick-borne disease that’s treatable but requires specific medication. Sadly, as part of the *Spay and Release* initiative, only sterilization costs are covered. We currently don’t have the funds to provide her full treatment — which means that, unless she finds a family soon, she will have to return to the streets once her recovery is complete.

Still, we believe she deserves better — a safe home, gentle hands, and a quiet life surrounded by kindness.

MEDICAL HISTORY OF ILLNESSES

~ Suspected Ehrlichia (tick-borne disease).
~ Test 4DX for *Ehrlichia* and *Anaplasma* will be performed **if adopted**.
~ She will go home with the **complete treatment and veterinary prescription** to continue care at home.
~ Currently recovering from sterilization surgery.

Current Condition:
~ Calm, stable, and eating well.
~ Resting comfortably and ready to move on to the next chapter — ideally, one filled with love instead of uncertainty.

MEET CHATA (The Definition of Tranquility)
~ Age: Adult (exact age unknown).
~ Size: Medium, approximately **12 kg (26 lbs)**.
~ Personality: Exceptionally calm, quiet, and gentle. She enjoys peace and loves to nap in a cozy spot or bask in the sun. She’s not demanding — she just wants safety and rest.
~ Ideal Home: Someone who appreciates calm, older souls; perfect for a relaxed environment or a companion for someone who wants quiet love and company.
~ Breed and Appearance: Mixed breed, short coat, soft eyes, and an expression that melts hearts.

Chata may not jump or play like a puppy, but she’ll give you something even deeper — the quiet, grateful love of a dog who has known hardship and still trusts.

YOUR ADOPTION, A COMPLETE LOVE PACKAGE
By adopting Chata, you’ll not only give her safety — you’ll give her the chance to finally rest knowing she’s loved.

Everything Included for Your Peace of Mind:
~ Health certificate
~ ISO identification microchip
~ Internal and external deworming
~ Up-to-date vaccines (including Rabies)
~ Spaying completed
~ Responsible Adoption Contract
~ Collar and leash
~ 4DX test (Ehrlichia & Anaplasma) performed at the time of adoption
~ Full treatment and prescription if test results are positive

Adoption Fee: $250 USD (Helps cover her surgery and initial care).

READY FOR CHATA?
