Meet Chase! <br/><br/>Chase is a 1-2-year-old Shih Tzu with an extra-special birthday—he was born on Thanksgiving Day! And this sweet little guy definitely has plenty to be thankful for as he searches for his forever family.<br/><br/>Chase is a true Velcro dog. If youre looking for a little shadow who wants to be wherever you are, youve found him. He loves his people, loves attention, and is happiest when hes right in the middle of whatever youre doing. <br/><br/>His previous mama loved him very much, but when life became difficult, she made the heartbreaking decision to let Chase find a family able to give him the secure, spoiled life he deserves.<br/><br/>Chase is playful and especially enjoys romping with other small dogs. With big dogs, however, this little man seems to forget that hes little and likes to challenge them—so a home without large dogs would be best. <br/><br/>And cats? Chase thinks theyre GREAT! He desperately wants them to play with him. Unfortunately, the cats hes met have not shared his enthusiasm. A dog-savvy, tolerant kitty might be fine, but Chase will probably need some help learning that not every cat is accepting applications for a new best friend.<br/><br/>Hes almost completely potty trained and is doing well—he just needs consistency and a regular routine to get him the rest of the way there.<br/><br/>Chase is up to date on vaccinations and will be neutered prior to adoption.<br/><br/>What Chase really wants now is his person: someone who doesnt mind having a little black-and-white shadow following them from room to room, curling up close, and making absolutely certain they never have to go to the bathroom alone again.<br/><br/>If youre looking for an affectionate, playful little companion with a big personality in a small package, Chase may be your boy.
