Charly's Story
Meet Charly a loyal active 5-year-old Australian Shepherd seeking a quite home.

Charly is a beautiful blue merle Australian Shepherd who is the ultimate companion for a quiet, outdoor loving household. Charly is incredibly smart, loyal and loves a good adventure outdoors.

While she experiences anxiety in busy settings, she shines out in nature and when at home with her favorite people. She loves playing fetch, swimming, hiking and would make a great running companion. She is highly intelligent and is very eager to please and wants to be your little shadow. She is house trained;
crate trained and knows all her basic commands. After a fun day playing, she is the best at snuggling on the couch with you.

Charly does well with other well-rounded male dogs, however female dogs make her nervous and scared. She cannot live with other female dogs. She has never been around cats so a feline free home would be recommended.

Charly is highly sensitive to her surroundings. Her anxiety is triggered by frantic busy energy, crowded noisy environments or other new dogs. She initially can fear new people but warms up quickly when she realizes she is safe.

Her ideal new home would provide the following: A calm household with adults only or older children. A secure yard or safe place to play outside. Experienced owners who will advocate for her when she is in
new situations and help build her confidence when she is outside the home.

All Breeder and AKC paperwork will be provided to new owner.

Please submit an application at Hdrescueoregon.com. $400 adoption fee.
