Charlotte's Story
Adorable Charlotte is a young (~12-month old), small Beagle/Doxie/Puggle/Chi mix (we think!) who was recovered as a stray running a town in northeast Ohio. She has been with us for two months now, is fully vetted, and is just now coming out of her timid shell to show her playful, affectionate side.

But Charlotte still has a way to go to reach full bloom and will need a patient family and, ideally, a confident dog sibling in her new home. Most definitely, she will need a securely fenced yard to keep her safe while she has a blast running outside. She is a flight risk with her still-shy nature and her history as a stray, and a home that's on the quiet side likely would suit her best.

Charlotte is as sweet as can be but still getting used to accepting affection from her human and on the way to showing her own affection in return. She acts scared initially, but once she is in your arms, she is accepting.

She is mostly house-trained but still has accidents from time to time. She is crate-trained.

Charlotte is available for adoption in Ohio to residents of Ohio.
