You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Lets talk about Charlie. His owner got him from a puppy mill in Ohio. Paid good money and had him shipped here. Thats always a recipe for disaster :( His owner was already sick and within the 8 months of Charlies life the owner died.Charlie has had no exposure to ANYTHING :( We have started working with him exposing him to people, bicycles, walks etc. Charlie is a super smart dog and is learning quickly but he will need a family that understands there is still much work to do. An adopter MUST be willing to work with our behaviorist for at least 3 sessions.Charlie requires a fenced yard
