Since arriving in foster care just a couple of weeks ago, he's been busy learning that people are pretty wonderful, dogs come in all shapes and sizes, and cats aren't nearly as mysterious as they seem.<br/><br/>Every day his confidence grows.<br/><br/>Charlie is happiest when he has another dog to follow, learn from, and play with, so we're hoping to find him a home with a friendly canine companion.
