Welcome Charlie to Lucky Dog Small Breed Rescue!!! Charlie is a 2yr old rat terrier mix weighing about 30lbs. He came to Lucky Dog as a local owner surrender when his owner died and the neighbors that were helping Charlie moved to an apartment that wouldn’t accept dogs. Charlie is the sweetest boy that loves snuggles and hugs. He wants to be wherever his people are! He is an active boy that loves going for walks, hiking and adventuring. He would be perfect for an active person or family that also loves to snuggle and cuddle. Charlie is super eager to please. He knows sit, come , and listens to his name very well. Charlie is cratetrained and housetrained. He does very well with other dogs and adores kids. He could be a runner if off leash so a fenced yard or tie put under supervision are preferred. Charlie’s adoption fee includes all new vaccinations (rabies, dhlpp and bordetella), microchip with lifetime registration to the rescue, 4dx test for heartworm and 3 tick borne illnesses, flea/tick prevention, neuter, full health exam, health certificate, collar, harness, leash and premium food to get him started in his new home. All our adoptions include a 2 week trial in which the dog can be returned for a full refund if the adoption isn’t successful. All dogs must be returned to the rescue if the dog ever needs to be rehomed. Charlie is in a foster home in Campbellsport, WI.
