Meet Charlie
Charlie is an adorable puppy, thought to be a Black Lab Mix; he’s petite for a Lab….very cute and sweet!
He’s very smart, a quick learner, very alert and quite energetic!! At about 7 months, Charlie weighed 25 lbs. It is most important to note that we cannot be 100% sure of his adult weight, but our best guess is about 40-ish lbs.
This cute pup joined BAARK from an overcrowded shelter in Kentucky earlier this year. He is thought to have been born mid-April 2023. When joining our rescue program, Charlie appeared happy, calm & gentle, very friendly, and eager to move on to a better life!!
Charlie is very sociable, playful, and is great with dogs. He may be a bit too energetic for a senior (dog or human!)
An ideal family for Charlie is one able to assimilate the energy of a puppy into their lifestyle and is willing to commit the time to working with and training Charlie to be his best self! A secure fenced yard is ideal as is another younger or middle-aged pup in the family.
Charlie is crate-trained and is working on good house manners (housebreaking). He is up to date on all age-appropriate vaccinations, is on heartworm preventative and is microchipped. His neuter is included in his adoption fee.
