Hi, my name is Charlie, I'm a 4 year old, 48 pound beagle! I could stand to lose a few pounds, but I am solid! I was rescued from a place where I wasn't treated very good. A nice young lady contacted Project Hope to see if they would take me. Now I'm safe in my foster home and I'm ready to find my furever home where I will be treated good!<br/><br/> My foster mom said I'm what you call a counter surfer, but I can't help it. It smelled so good, and I am a beagle with a good smeller, but I listen when she says off! I am very good when you are eating your meal. I just lay down and sleep until you are done eating!<br/><br/> I get along with all dogs and cats. I would be good with children. I'm not a big barker. I like going for walks, and going for rides in the car. I do zoomies once in awhile, A fenced in yard is required since I like to follow my nose. I like being with my person and getting belly rubs and laying besides them when they watch TV, I don't like being crated, but I do settle down, but I'm good not being crated, I'm doing good on potty training.
