Save me a spot on your couch! I’m Charly Belle, a 5 year old, 45 pound English Bulldog with a sweet, easygoing personality and just the right amount of sass. I’m house-trained, crate-trained, and leash-trained, so I’ve got the basics down. I also know “sit” and get very excited when I realize I’m going for a car ride. I get along well with other dogs and older kids, but I’d probably be happiest as your one-and-only or with just one calm male dog. When there are a lot of dogs around, it can take me a little time to settle in, but I do adjust. I could live in a house with a fenced yard or even an apartment—as long as I’ve got my people nearby, I’m happy. I’ll let you know when I need to go out by heading to the door. I’m a pretty balanced girl—I’ll have little bursts of energy, maybe play with my chew toys, and then I’m right back to lounging and relaxing.<br/>My favorite things are head and ear scratches, being near my people, and FOOD. Food is life, and I’m not exactly the daintiest eater—mealtime can get a little messy. I’d do best with a family who’s home more often than not, because I really just want to be part of your everyday life.
